Follow these steps to recreate your atmosphere in 20 minutes or less. You've got this.

Step 01

Lay the Foundation

Smooth your ivory tablecloth flat. Layer the sand gauze runner down the center at a slight diagonal. This warm linen base sets everything.

Set the Table

Woven charger plates first, dinner plates on top. Gold flatware on either side. Fold napkins simply and secure with warm gold napkin rings.

Light It Up

Gold candleholders at varying heights down the center. Add LED ivory pillar candles — this warm glow is the heart of Golden Hour.

Insider prices are reserved exclusively for our rental customers. Once you submit your selections, we'll email you a payment link before your return date. Anything not purchased simply returns with your box.

How to Return

We make it as easy as possible. Everything you need is already in your box.

Gather Everything

Collect all items from your collection — linens, dinnerware, decor, candles, and holders. Check your setup guide to make sure nothing is missed.

Protect the Glassware

Wrap glasses and any fragile items in the bubble wrap or foam provided in your box before repacking. We want everything to arrive safely.

Repack Your Box

Place everything back into the original box. Linens can be folded loosely — no need to be perfect. Just make sure nothing is loose or unprotected.

Attach the Return Label

Your prepaid return label is already inside your box in the return label sleeve. Peel and stick it over the original shipping label on the outside of the box.

Schedule Home Pickup

Schedule a free home pickup from UPS or FedEx — they come directly to your door at a time that works for you. Visit ups.com or fedex.com, enter your label details, and choose your pickup window. White glove, zero effort.

About Your $75 Deposit

Your deposit hold is released automatically within 48 hours of your return being confirmed in good condition. No action needed from you — it just disappears from your card. Only charged if items are damaged or unreturned.

Every returned box is received, unpacked and logged. Each item is checked against our inventory list and assessed for condition before anything else is touched.

All linens — table runners, napkins, tablecloths — are professionally laundered at high temperature. Your linen arrives crisp, fresh and beautifully pressed.

Sanitized to Restaurant Standards

Every plate, glass, piece of flatware and hard surface item is sanitized using food-safe, restaurant-grade methods. The same standard your favorite fine dining restaurant uses.

Individually Inspected

Every single item is inspected by hand before repacking. Any item that doesn't meet our standard is removed and replaced. We'd rather absorb the cost than compromise your experience.

Repacked with Intention

Your box is repacked by hand — tissue-wrapped, ribbon-tied, and sealed. The Clean Promise card inside is dated and signed personally by our team.
